East Coast
Conditions on the east coast are looking small to flat for the weekend with no incoming swell to bring any waves. Winds are very light all weekend with only breezes on both days.
South Coast
Tramore is looking flat on Saturday with a small wave pulse and a big period but not enough to bring larger waves than 0-1ft. Sunday sees a small weak wind swell coming through that will bring 2ft waves with a very small period and onshore winds all day but lightest in the morning.
South West
Garretstown is showing 1ft waves for Saturday with offshore winds but these winds have a little push behind them which could blow conditions flat. Sunday sees the winds blow from the south east bringing an onshore wind swell with 3ft conditions but blown over by the onshore winds making for messy white water conditions with possibly the odd nugget in between. Inch Beach in Kerry is looking like 0-1ft conditions but with moderate offshore winds that may push that swell out and not let it land. Sunday at Inch will probably struggle to get a wave at all with small conditions and offshore winds.
West Coast
Lahinch is seeing some nice small clean conditions today (Friday) but this looks to drop back to flat conditions for both Saturday and Sunday offering nothing for improvers. There might be a wave on Saturday for a lesson first thing in the morning. Tides are high at 11am Saturday and 12:30 Sunday but they’re small enough high tides so 1.5 hours out of the water either side.
North West
Strandhill is looking small to flat for the whole weekend so very little chance of surf there or at any of the nearby spots. Bundoran had some lovely waves Friday (just out of the water) that were nice and clean Friday morning before it went onshore after midday. It looks like it won’t get much above 1ft for Saturday or Sunday with offshore winds on both days so really only good for a lesson.
North Coast
Portrush is looking like it won’t get much above 1ft for the weekend with light onshore breezes Saturday and light offshore breezes on Sunday but probably only good for lessons or SUPs
