East Coast
With the good weather, things are looking small to flat for the weekend with light breezes both days so perfect for SUP tours and lessons with the guys in Brittas Bay Surf School.
South Coast
Tramore will also be small to flat for the weekend with light breezes but not enough waves for any surf. Check in with Tramore Surf N Sup for tours and SUP lessons.
South West
Garretstown could hit 1ft in the afternoon on Saturday with cross offshore light winds with Sunday potentially could get up to between 1-2ft in the afternoon with light offshore winds but on both days, these will only be 8 or 9 second periods so weak enough but possibly enough for some foamie fun. Inch Beach is looking marginal on whether enough of the swell will get in to create waves but expect small conditions on Saturday. Sunday shows a little more swell which could bring 1-2ft conditions for foamies or lessons but it looks to be best in the morning when it could get up to 2ft+ but dropping all day.
West Coast
Conditions in Lahinch are looking like 1-2ft for Saturday coming off the back of a weak 8 second period with cross offshore winds that should make for good lessons conditions or foamie fun. Sunday sees a little jump in the swell Sunday morning which could bring more solid 2ft conditions but the tide is high first thing so this might scupper the chances of getting on it early but Spanish Point could have 2ft on the early high tide. Once the tide drops in Lahinch on Sunday morning it should still have 1-2ft conditions with cross offshore winds all day. Tides are high before 7am and pm on Saturday and around 7.30am and pm on Sunday and as these are larger high tides, allow 2 hours either side for safe access and exit.
North West
Strandhill looks like it could start off with a 1-2ft wave on Saturday morning but this swell angle then changes to have more south in the swell which will drop the wave to be small to flat for the rest of the day. Sunday will struggle to get above 1ft for the day with offshore winds both days. In the Bundoran area it is going to be a Tullan Strand weekend with 1-2ft being the max for Saturday with cross offshore winds Sunday will struggle to get above 1ft until late afternoon when the swell picks up a little but winds are more offshore all day making for clean conditions.
North Coast
There will be a lack of waves on the north coast this weekend with conditions not getting above 1ft for the weekend with cross offshore winds all weekend that will be fairly light.
